At Azhaari, our goal is to provide a seamless and transparent experience for our customers. Each product on our marketplace is sold and fulfilled by independent vendors who handle their own shipping and returns. How to Request a Return

If you need to return an item, here’s how to start the process:

  1. Contact the Vendor: For any return requests, please email the vendor directly using the contact information listed in the product listing. Be sure to provide information in your email such as order number and any other relevant information.
  2. CC us: Please also include our support team at orders@azhaari.com in the email so we can assist if necessary and track the return progress.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Vendors may have additional return criteria, so please review their specific policies before initiating a return.

Refund Process

  1. Vendor and Marketplace Roles: Once the vendor approves your return and receives the item, it will be inspected to ensure it is unworn and in original condition. If the item is acceptable, the refund process will begin.
  2. Fees: Some fees, including a marketplace fee, may apply and are non-refundable.
  3. Shipping and Tax Refunds: Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the vendor specifies otherwise. Tax refunds depend on the specific tax policies of your region and may not always be refundable.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Vendor Provides Return Shipping: Some vendors may offer prepaid return labels. Please check the vendor’s specific return policy.
  • Customer Pays for Return Shipping: Depending on the vendor, customers may be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact the vendor directly as soon as possible. Be sure to CC us at orders@azhaari.com so we can monitor the process. We’ll work with both you and the vendor to resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Beauty or personal care products
